Michele Adair is a highly regarded executive in the NSW housing sector. As CEO of one of NSW’s largest community housing providers, Housing Trust, and CHIA NSW Board Chairperson, she has been immersed in all aspects of growth strategy, compliance, tenant services and asset management.

An experienced Director in the superannuation, disability and education sectors, Michele’s social and affordable housing experience is complemented by a rich understanding of the needs of the ageing population, people living with chronic illness and disability, financial hardship, and diverse communities. She has extensive government and sector networking experience and a proven track record of policy reform and stakeholder engagement.
