Help for Community Housing Providers to navigate the NSW planning system 

The NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure is piloting a new service to support Community Housing Providers (CHPs) in navigating the planning system to deliver more social and affordable housing. 

Faith Housing Alliance has advocated on behalf of members for this initiative and wants our members to benefit from this new service.

– Learn how the pilot can benefit your organisation 
– Q&A time so you’re ready to complete an EOI 

To be involved in the pilot, CHPs need to have current or upcoming projects in the NSW planning system, which will contribute to the five-year National Housing Accord timeframe. 

The pilot will offer end-to-end support, including ongoing portfolio management, expert insights on policy settings and planning processes, and access to the Planning Delivery Unit Case Management if projects are stalled in the planning system.
